This is a very good 4star hotel. The extensive shrubbery and trees on the property makes for a very inviting ambiance. It has a large pool also surrounded by a rubbery. The rooms are upto date, very clean and comfortable. The staff pays a lot of attention to maintenance - if any items in the room needs to be fixed it is done very promptly. The staff at the hotel are well trained, courteous and very welcoming making for a pleasant and comfortable stay for their guests. The breakfast buffet is extensive including vegetarian options although the coffee and the veg options could be improved.
Our stay at Risata Bali Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. Special appreciation to the team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt service.

Amazing stay. The grounds are beautiful and it is truly an oasis in amongst the hustle and bussle of Tuban. The room was great and the staff were very welcoming and kind. A special mention to Agung at the front desk. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay a very special one with my family.
A very well maintained place. Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. Loved the experience there. It has its own swimming pool and spa. If you are an indian you would definitely love it.
